STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for an Order Management Specialist to join the team. This position ensures accurate and efficient order processing, contract management, and backlog maintenance in the Backlog Management Office. Responsible for overseeing order flow, meeting customer requirements, and addressing discrepancies, this role collaborates with various departments for a seamless supply chain process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·
- Enter Orders precisely, adhering to established guidelines and timeframes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve order discrepancies promptly.
- Understand and uphold contract guardrails during order entry.
- Address contract-related issues to maintain integrity.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead/Manager to maintain a clean, accurate backlog.
- Work with cross-functional teams for a seamless transition through the supply chain.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills for efficient problem-solving in order processing.
- Independently address day-to-day problems to contribute to process efficiency.
- Ensure precision in order entry and review contracts to maintain data integrity.
- Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time ·
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations -Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Previous experience in order entry, contract management, or backlog management is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
