Job Description
Skills Preferred
- Performs a variety of duties in the electronic mechanical electro-mechanical or optical areas.
- Delivers training for Soldering of printed circuit boards, Cabling, Polymerics, Torquing, and Mating of Connectors.
- The successful candidate shall have performed various testing on products and typical testing methods involving monitoring, assembling, improving, and manipulating a product to ensure it is in no way defective.
- Candidate shall also be capable of creating training plans, working with learning management systems
- Works under moderate supervision
- Soldering and cabling skills
- Instructional design experience
- Experience in on-the-job training
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment
Skills Preferred
- Instructional Design Certification Teaching in a Manufacturing environment
- IPC Certification
- NASA Certification
- 4-8 years of electronic manufacturing experience or bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic field with 2-4 years of experience
