**Job Overview:**
Join our dynamic team as a passionate and dedicated Instructor at our well-established dance studio. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with expertise in Classical Ballet instruction to inspire and educate our students. As an Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and contributing to their growth and development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students.
- Utilize your expertise in Ballet to create interactive and educational experiences for learners.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity and exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and ensure a comprehensive educational experience.
- Communicate & follow through on goals & benchmarks established for the studio's Instructors.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in Classical Ballet technique, and Curriculum Development (with a focus on Childhood Development).
- Strong background in teaching Classical Ballet.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans for diverse age groups & technical levels.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
