Position Summary
We’re looking to bring on a temporary Channel Strategy manager to support LATAM creators who need Portuguese and Spanish support as part of our YT RFP coverage.
The goal is to create one point of contact for non-English creators to provide creator-facing support across onboarding and ongoing execution—communication, long-form cadence/calendar planning, and coordination on packaging/optimization—so we can deliver consistent support across all relevant talent.
Responsibilities
- Portuguese/Spanish creator communication and onboarding support
- Long-form publishing plan development (cadence, calendar, repeatable formats)
- Packaging/optimization guidance (titles/metadata, coordinate thumbnail needs)
- Recurring coaching/check-ins and troubleshooting during execution
- Coordination with editing/production support and program tracking (deliverables/KPIs
Minimum Requirements
- Native/near-native Portuguese/Spanish
- Proven YT/channel strategy experience (LATAM market strongly preferred)
- Creator-facing coaching skills, strong project management
- Ability to translate YouTube Analytics into clear action plans
- Cross-platform strategic expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with digital creators or influencer content
- Basic motion graphics experience
- Basic sound design experience
