JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. Studio H Design Group is a high-end Nationally recognized Interior Design firm specializing in residential design and select corporate interiors.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for purchasing and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong supplier relationships and optimizing our supply chain operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements
- Collaborate with the design team to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Track and Monitor the procured items to ensure they arrived as scheduled, and in good condition.
- Work along side Studio Director to ensure freight and all costs are captured.
- Schedule installations with delivery companies
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of procurment, purchase orders, vendor contracts, and installations
- Proven experience in procurement
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and price comparisons
- Proficient in using Excel and Studio Designer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier relationship management
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
