Stumpy's Lakeside Grill is a self serve fast paced restaurant and marina located on Lake Granbury. We are open from 11 am to 9 pm tuesday - saturday and 8pm sunday. Closed most major holidays.
Food preparation typically works a different schedule from the rest of the business and may require work on monday's
We have a restaurant, bar, bakery, boutique and gift shop. We also sell gas, kayaks, and have a boat rental service.
There is plenty of opportunity for full time and part time positions in almost every area of the business with room for advancement.

Responsibilities
- Set up, break down and clean workstation. As well as any dishes you may use.
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, blend, cut and slice
- Label, stock, and rotate inventory and all ingredients
- Basic math such as measuring ingredients
- Basic reading and writing skills for recipes and labeling
Requirements
- Job candidates must be Clean, professional, communicable, and friendly.
- Available to work, evenings and/or nights.
- Good time management skills are a must
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs safely
- Comfortable working away from customers and in some situations by yourself.
- Able to safely use a knife and other cutting tools.
- TX Food Handlers Certification. If you dont have it we can help
This job involves meat and produce products including fish, Shell fish, chicken, onions, tomatoes, citrus, jalapenos, and other food you may possibly be allergic to! Please be prepared to tell us if this may be an issue.
