Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula tailored to diverse learning needs, including early intervention and special education strategies
- Create engaging lesson plans
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote a safe and respectful learning environment
- Support children's social-emotional development through positive behavior management techniques
- Conduct assessments
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Ensure compliance with EEC standards and promote a nurturing atmosphere for all children
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare, preschool, private schools, or early childhood programs
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable
