Stutzman Greenhouse Inc. is accepting applications for the McPherson Outdoor Seasonal Garden Center Manger. Full time hours now through the end of October during the retail season, Part time pre and post season hours; hiring staff, setup, and fall winterizing. We are looking for someone with retail experience and a love for people, plants, and the great outdoors, as the seasonal Garden Center is an outdoor venue. Strong interpersonal skills are very important. Plant knowledge can be taught and learned. This is a very physical hands on position, managing a team in the processes of crop care, watering plants, unloading carts of plants, displaying merchandise, and most importantly serving the customer.
