What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Representative position at Stykemain Buick GMC?

As a Customer Care Representative, you will identify prospective leads among new and existing customer base through methods of internet, inbound/outbound phone calls, and text messages. Log details of calls and customer comments from interactions. The purpose of this position is to increase the traffic of visits at the dealership by receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls, as well as producing solid appointments, thereby increasing the overall revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with a high volume of outbound calls, while using provided scripts
  • Operate more than one computer system at a time, on multiple monitors
  • Confirm existing customer appointments
  • Use email and text as a means of communication, alongside the phone calls
  • Use scripted rebuttals
  • Update customer contact information when needed, as well as document the details and outcome of each guest interaction
  • Meet daily and monthly goals
  • Possibility of working directly (face to face) with a customer from time to time
  • Maintain up-to-date required training
  • Work closely with the Customer Care Manager to obtain goals and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualification:

  • Customer service experience
  • Telecommunication/Communications background experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and enthusiastic
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Previous automotive industry experience is helpful, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
