Repair Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with jewelry repairs. Jewelry experience and/or education is required. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for the industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable insights about different types of jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and design styles.
• Coordinate basic repairs on jewelry items, including resizing rings and replacing clasps.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Skills

• Knowledge of jewelry design and repair techniques is a must.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship in jewelry.
• Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
