Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair/maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency/accuracy.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly and effectively.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer.
• Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

**Technicians with ASE certifications and/or NYS Inspector’s license are highly encouraged to apply!

Job Requirements:

• Prior automotive experience preferred
• Subaru experience a plus
• NYSI license a plus
• ASE certifications a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Keep and update all training and certifications
• Must have own tools
• Be at least 18 years of age

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($58,448.00 to $115,900.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
