Warehouse Driver Responsibilities include:
- Submit orders for parts.
- Work with technicians to identify correct parts.
- Receive and bill all parts to the correct accounts.
- Bill out parts to repair orders in Reynolds.
- Research and follow up on parts issues to find solutions.
- Receive and verify all dealer-installed (LPO) parts from accessory vendors.
- Receive and verify all parts for retrofit operations.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must have exceptional critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
- Must be a reliable team player.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and automotive fluids.
- This position is performed both inside a warehouse and outside so weather conditions may include extreme heat and cold.
- This position is continually active and requires standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day.
- Must frequently lift and/or move items up to 30 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
