Suds Deluxe is an exterior tunnel car wash looking to add an experienced, team-first, and customer-oriented General Manager to lead our car wash in Tomball!

As the General Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that we consistently delight our customers, and for creating a fun and professional workplace for our employees.
What We Offer
- Compensation: starting at $15/hr, plus a profit sharing bonus after 60 days of good performance
- PTO: 6 days per year (earned at 1 day every 2 months)
Time Commitment
As the General Manager, you will have flexibility in setting your own schedule. However, you are expected to be available and to work more hours as needed by the business.
Start Date
As soon as possible.
Overview of Responsibilities
The General Manager role is the most critical position at the car wash. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects relating to:
- Sales
- Customer experience
- Personnel management and training
- Equipment maintenance and repair
- Inventory management
- Marketing
- Administration
- Property and safety management
