What You’ll Do:
- Handle scheduling and dispatch coordination for cleaning crews
- Maintain project records, quotes, contracts, and work orders
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist in onboarding and supporting field staff
- Organize and manage files, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
- Support operations, HR, and billing tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (English required; Spanish a plus)
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and task trackers
- Experience in admin, office support, or operations (1–3 years preferred)
- Proactive attitude—you don’t wait to be told what to do
