Duties: • Act in the capacity of a Party Hero for profitable store operations. The hours will vary based on time of year and store staffing needs.
Knowledge of: • MICROSOFT WORD & EXCEL A MUST! Advanced principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service • Retail industry operations and best practices • Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, negotiating, sales and marketing, business development and growth • Windows based software • Skills: • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in an efficient and professional manner • Superior organizational skills with a high quality of accuracy and attention to detail in both written and verbal communications • Superior business and negotiation skills • Ability to learn new skills quickly, work and be flexible with deadlines, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities • Ability to be proactive and self-directed while working professionally in a team environment to resolve issues and meet deadlines Skills continues • Use quantitative techniques to analyze results and make decisions • Exercise sound decision-making abilities • Ability and willingness to travel • Ability to maintain up to date records of orders, deliveries and receivables Equipment: • Use of computer technology and cash register • Use of multi-line telephone • Use of helium tanks.
