A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIGITAL PRINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER
As a Digital Printing Customer Service - Production Team Member, you play a vital part in providing our clients with custom-made, high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your role extends beyond production tasks, as you also contribute to basic design and layout processes. With meticulous attention to detail, you skillfully cut, hem, grommet, laminate, trim, assemble, inspect, and package sign and banner-related products. Additionally, you actively engage with customers, managing their accounts and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Operating our state-of-the-art large format printing equipment is among your growing skill set. Working closely with a small team, you cultivate a sense of camaraderie with your fellow employees, fostering a collaborative environment. As a go-getter, you thrive on learning every aspect of the business to ensure your efficiency and effectiveness.
