We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Venue Set Up assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing the venue for various events, ensuring that everything is set up according to specifications and ready for guests.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with event coordinators to understand the specific requirements for each event.
- Set up tables, chairs, stages, and other equipment as needed before events begin.
- Ensure that all areas of the venue are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of the venue after events conclude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in events management or food service is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
