Charlottesville, VA - Lilly Pulitzer Store Virginia Job Description The Associate Manager has the primary responsibility to support management in achieving Budgeted Net Sales for their respective store, provide an exceptional customer experience and embrace the brand positioning. Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods. Adhere to the Company Retail Holiday time off policy.
