Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming payments accurately and promptly through multiple channels including mail, credit cards, and electronic fund transfers (EFT).
- Reconcile payment discrepancies by communicating directly with customers to resolve issues.
- Manage returned payments due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) according to company procedures.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or a related field or 2 - 5 years of equivalent experience, preferred.
- Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Browsers.
