We are looking for an Experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney in Dallas, TX, US to join our dedicated litigation team.

To be considered for this position, applicants need to show outstanding written and analytical skills, as well as have a minimum of four (4) years of civil litigation experience. Past appellate and/or motion practice experience is also preferred. We seek an individual that can look beyond the now and help us strategically build relationships with our clients.

$150,000 - $200,000
Responsibilities:- Leading and managing junior attorneys and paralegals to help them be efficient and productive
- Leading and supporting state/federal cases as well as arbitrations
- Motion practice and Discovery work
- Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances
- Executing the solution both by directly working on it or by utilizing and delegating with appropriate junior attorneys and staff
- Client management
- Preparing cases for success in mediation, trial, and arbitration
- Communicating with opposing counsel and with the court
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Commercial Litigation or Civil litigation
- Appellate work experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Convey confidence in the person and on the phone
- Show empathy to clients and put them at ease during their difficult time
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and associated technologies
