What are the responsibilities and job description for the CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER position at Sullivan Construction Inc.?
Local Pullman construction company of 25 years looking to hire someone to help manage construction remodel jobs. Must have a positive attitude and some basic knowledge of construction/building. Job can be full time or part time. Since the job is only as physical as you want to make it, I'm even open to hiring a semi-retired person. Need to be good with people, communicate well with others, adapt to a changing schedule, and have a sense of humor. I treat employees well and I have a benefits package with a possible company vehicle. I can give you some references too if you'd like to ask around about me. Regardless of your skill, I'm not interested in loud-mouthed, bragging, man-babies with over-inflated egos. We have a lot of fun projects coming up this year for great customers.
