This student position will be focused on aspects of customer service within the Registrar's office up to 20 hours per week.DUTIESReceive and route Inbound calls, make outbound calls as directed, answer emails attend to front lobby of the Registrar's Office. Improve customer service for all stakeholders who need to access to University Registrar services.Position will also assist in routine data entry and general quality control.Assist with office supply inventory.Recommend general office Improvements directly to Registrar.This position is Security Sensitive.
