Role : Scrum Master
Location : Draper, UT 84020
Working Module : Onsite – Hybrid (Need to work from the office 2–3 days a week starting from Day 1st)

Scrum Master (Certification does not mandate)
Good to have skills:
Agile Coaching, Technical background preferred – JavaScript, Python, .Net
Job Description:
- Facilitation: Leading and facilitating Scrum events like sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coaching: Guiding teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values, helping them understand and embrace the framework.
- Impediment Removal: Identifying and removing any obstacles that hinder the team's progress, whether they are internal or external.
- Servant Leadership: Serving the team by supporting their needs, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive working environment.
- Process Improvement: Helping the team improve their workflow, identify areas for optimization, and implement changes effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
- Product Backlog Management: Assisting the Product Owner in refining and managing the product backlog.
- Agile Mindset: Championing the principles of Agile and Scrum within the team and the broader organization.
