We’re looking for bartenders who are friendly, reliable, and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all guests
- Pour beer accurately while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Help guests navigate our beer list and “find their flavor”
- Operate Toast POS and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and tap area at all times
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties
- Support events, live music, trivia, and special releases
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership during shifts
- Must be 21 years old
- California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required OR willingness to obtain before first scheduled shift
- Valid California Food Handler Permit required OR willingness to obtain before first scheduled shift
- Bartending or customer service experience preferred (training available)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm during busy shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kegs or cases as needed
- Availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Love craft beer or are excited to learn
