Field Trainer for In-Home Sales
If you have successful experience with in-home sales, preferably in Home Improvements and feel you can coach others to success, then we'd like to talk to you.

Job Duties (including but not limited to) :
Coach current teams, between 5 different offices in northern Indiana, including one in Illinois, effective communication, and sales process.
Lead by example - using the process and methods taught.
Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY WITH HOME IMPROVEMENTS!
- Understand and be able to teach value-added selling.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead
