Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be prompt with good attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work with little supervision
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on safety
- Prior work in the janitorial industry is preferred, but not necessary
Job Description:
Frequency: 2 days per week in the morning (Monday & Thursday)
1. Police the exterior perimeter of building free of debris.
2. Empty all exterior trash cans (4) as needed.
3. Clean exterior 1st floor windows 1x per week in occupied spaces including entrance doors and glass.
4. Clean exterior 1st floor windows once a month on the unoccupied spaces including entrance doors and glass.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
