The Talent Acquisition Manager owns the candidate experience and new hire outcomes. Develops and maintains robust, proactive, and scalable staffing and selection processes, including close relationships with staffing partners and sources, to provide us with ready access to the most talented and diverse candidates that align with our purpose and fit our unique culture. Managing a focused team of talent acquisition professionals, this position is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing an effective talent acquisition strategy for Summit Credit Union.

Job Specifications
- Five years’ progressive HR experience with an emphasis on talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or related degree), or applicable experience.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employment branding, DEI strategies, and implementing best practices.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Optimistic and positive with the ability to adapt and innovate in real time.
- High sense of urgency regarding follow up and deadlines.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of talent acquisition professionals.
- Strong service mentality to meet the needs of candidates and hiring managers.
- Analytical with the ability to creatively course correct as needed.

Salary : $83,400 - $106,000
