Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi Family Project Manager located in Newark, NJ. The Multi Family Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion. Tasks include coordinating with expeditors, overseeing project timelines, conducting inspections, managing logistics, bidding necessary scopes of work to complete the project ,and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role also involves Diligent file management, weekly meetings with ownership to discuss both progress and Milestones.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a project team
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in multi-family construction projects is a MUST
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
