Position Summary: The Bell Person is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs.
Functions:
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
- Must approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Able to communicate effectively with other departments as necessary
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
Qualifications:
- Previous guest services experience preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 40 lbs
Candidates must successfully complete a drug screen and background check in order to be eligible for hire.
