Marketing Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative marketing professional to join our team! This position will be a key support function for sales & marketing. Our ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and organizational skills, with stellar attention to detail. The candidate will support strategy and execution to promote products and drive growth for Innovia Medical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Tradeshows & Events:

• Overall event coordination responsibilities, including registration, prepping and packing materials, lead tracking management, and working alongside the sales team to understand their needs for a successful show/event.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a professional and cohesive brand image in all communications.

Marketing Collateral and Printed Materials:

• Assist with updating marketing collateral such as sell sheets, product brochures, IFUs, and branded documents. Help to update/design and print other materials including product box artwork, business cards, name tags, banners, graphics, and company swag.

Direct Marketing Support:

• Assist in the plan and execution of direct marketing initiatives, including calendar management, design and creative support, eblast content lists, and submission of assets.
• Assist in tracking and measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies in driving sales so we can refine as needed.

Sales Support:

• Provide the sales team with tools, content, and training materials that aid in customer engagement and product sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and refine promotional materials (brochures, presentations, flyers, digital content) that support sales efforts.
• Assist in event, team meeting, and training coordination for sales team members.
• Distribute leads to appropriate sales rep from website, marketing campaigns, etc.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

• Work closely with product management, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure marketing materials are compliant with industry regulations and meet product requirements.
• Support cross-functional communication, facilitating timely and accurate delivery of key marketing messages to the sales team.

Social Media:

• Assist in social media management for the US to support campaigns, product launches, company news, and industry events.

Other various duties assigned by manager.

Experience & Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, advertising or communications function.
• Experience coordinating trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments (sales, product management, regulatory) to achieve marketing goals.
• Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing collateral.
