Responsibilities
- Greet and receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service
- Consistently strive to delight our guests; exceeding their expectations through gracious, enthusiastic and personalize service
- Build strong relationships with VIP guests and have the ability to anticipate their needs
- Seamless coordination with Hospitality and Catering managers
- Resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
- Identify ways to increase efficiencies and to improve services
- Knowledgeable of all event happenings
- Handle difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner
- Conduct yourself with the highest level of integrity and honesty
- Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures
- Performs all related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be a team player!
- Excellent verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize the customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Upbeat, positive and charismatic demeanor

- Must have a flexible schedule
- A background in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
