We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CNC programs to manufacture precision parts according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of CNC machines and programming languages, and possess a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CNC programs to manufacture precision parts according to customer specifications
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize designs for manufacturability
- Use a variety of programming languages and software to program CNC machines, including G-code and CAM software
- Perform tests to verify the accuracy and quality of CNC programs
- Make necessary adjustments to CNC programs and machines to optimize production processes
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
CNC Programmer Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and software, including G-code and CAM software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of machining processes and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
