Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is on track to become the largest comprehensive spine and joint care provider in the state of Georgia while providing clinical, surgical and imaging services to our patients. We are seeking a full-time, self motivated Midlevel Provider for our offices located in Athens and Commerce who loves to transform lives through exceptional patient care!
Responsibilities:
Assist Providers with follow-up patient visits at respective clinics while also maintaining timely documentation

Asses patient health through interviews and physical examinations while educating patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
Collaborate with Providers for best course of medical treatment for all SSJC patients
Follow all compliant protocols and attention to details related to patient care and management
Comfortable working in a growing, dynamic organization and able to navigate change.
This position will require you to travel throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
Maintain a safe clean work environment as well as perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Active license to practice in the state of GA
BLS ACLS certification required
Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Personable and confident while providing exceptional patient care.

Previous experience in pain management or other medical fields (preferred)
Majority of time will be spent in Athens, with potential assignment to the Commerce clinic ~1 day / week.
