Ascent Physical Therapy is part of the Ascent Wellness Program (AWP) campus, an accessible space that focuses on providing quality services that can support physical rehabilitation, while paying attention to the possible long term benefits of movement after the PT appointments end. Ascent Wellness Program is a one-of-a-kind local program dedicated to bringing physical therapy, psychotherapy, yoga and mindfulness, fitness training, and nutrition services to individuals recovering from mental illness and other co-occurring challenges. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field such as Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Human Services AND
- Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Previous Outpatient Orthopedic experience and personal training experience preferred.
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm).
- Mental health-related experience is recommended but not required.
- Professional work experience related to documentation, customer service, clinical work, or administrative work is a plus.
- Passion for bringing the benefits of movement and mind-body connection to our community!
- Excellent professional communication.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Growth mindset, self-awareness, patience, resilience, and flexibility.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

Pay for this position begins at $25 per hour for individuals with a related Bachelor's degree.
