Position Summary
Transport clients to and from the facility or to other designated
destinations. Provides client transportation, maintains log of patient
transportation, mileage and current patient information sheets. Position
may also provide direct patient care, assisting with monitoring client
interaction, assisting with groups & cafeteria/lunches, etc. as
determined by the director. Organizes workload in an efficient manner.
Performs patient care duties with attention to detail, accuracy, safety
and client comfort.
