You thoroughly analyze essential documentation and gather all the information necessary to create accurate cost and labor estimates for potential projects. Attentively, you review project scopes, methods, work schedules, and potential risks, as well as ask clarifying questions to create bid proposals. You actively communicate with clients, contractors, owners, and others to generate your estimates and demonstrate why we're the best choice for the job!
