This flexible, work-from-anywhere opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and turning travel ideas into well-organized, stress-free trips. You’ll support clients with everything from vacations and cruises to resort stays and business travel.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate customized travel packages including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
• Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences, lifestyle, and budget
• Stay updated on destination information, travel requirements, and supplier offers
• Assist with securing reservations and monitoring availability and pricing
• Develop strong relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Support clients with travel documentation and trip protection options
• Track all bookings and communication clearly and accurately
