Sun Loan Company is currently looking for reliable, ambitious, and exceptional Customer Service/Collections Loan Specialists to join our dynamic team! Our ideal candidate is goal-driven and eager to learn about consumer finance and start a fulfilling career.
As a Customer Service/Collections Loan Specialist, you will be the face of Sun Loan, interacting daily with our customers both in-person and over the phone. We service our communities by offering installment loans to customers when they need it most, help to rebuild their credit and provide tax services during tax season. There are opportunities to earn bonuses by meeting team and store goals through business growth, increased sales and controlled delinquency.
Job duties include:
- Assess customer's loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
- Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status.
- Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
- Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking.
Hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
- Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
- Saturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (Open the first and last Saturday of the month and day off during the week with a Saturday schedule).
- Some overtime may be required.
- No Sundays!
- Minimal local travel may be required to attend team meetings (up to 5%)
