Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related field and a minimum of three years of progressive human resource, or business administration experience (or combination of education and experience) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs; Gmail, calendar; and Zoom and Microsoft Teams applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in using Human Resource Information Systems.
• Ability to analyze problems and offer timely, efficient solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience presenting information in large forums to diverse populations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•  Knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws.
• Technical experience with Workday; and training or facilitation experience preferred.
