Sunbelt Homes Solutions is expanding in our Fort Myers location and is now hiring in our canvass marketing department.
We’re seeking a motivated Canvass Van Manager who loves meeting/talking to new people as well as helping their community while working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

- Base Commissions Bonus's Spiffs
- Must have clean driving record (Must be over 21 years of age)
- Paid Training
- Must be able to work every Saturday from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Manager Bonus paid weekly, uncapped bonus potential. Managers receive a percentage of all net sales that their team produces from their appointments for week and the month.
Sunbelt sells impact windows, doors, hurricane shutters and Tex-cote our exterior coating to the residential market, and we need lead generators to provide qualified appointments to our sales teams. We are a $20 million Florida company and over 75% of our appointments and sales come from canvassing.
Don’t get stuck with a company that will not use your appointments. Or worse, who are not completely transparent regarding appointment results for bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Drive our Company vehicle in select neighborhoods throughout Southwest Florida and generate brand awareness and appointments for estimates on replacement windows and doors and our exclusive Tex-cote paint.
- Develop relationships with homeowners in order to better suit their home improvement needs.
- Educate residents on the features and benefits of impact windows and doors and Lifetime Exterior Coating paint.
- Managing a team of individuals (canvassers / field marketers / field appointment setters.)
- Must be local to the area (office location: Fort Myers) and know how to pick territory for the best/most qualified appointments for your team.
- Memorize and recite, train your team on sales scripts and statements. If you can't memorize short scripts, then this is not the job for you.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product, service, being canvassed - after training.
- Get information, such as contact details, from homeowners to set appointments.
- Keeping up fleet maintenance
- Consistently ensure that you and your team meet daily and weekly quotas.
