Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a student-centered school district near Harrison, New Jersey, to hire a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based role for the 20252026 academic year. This is a meaningful opportunity to support students' communication development and enhance their academic and personal growth.

Position Details:
Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 students
Address a variety of communication needs, including articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and voice disorders
Work closely with educators, families, and IEP teams to develop and implement individualized goals
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate progress reports and documentation
Deliver in-person services at a school near Harrison, NJ
Caseload and school site assignments will be confirmed during the interview process
Qualifications:
Valid or eligible New Jersey SLP or SLPA license
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for supporting student achievement and growth
Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
