PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates all incoming inquiries of prospective clients, loved ones, and mental health/medical professionals with a sense of urgency and compassion
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills with each call/email response
- Obtains all necessary information from callers to determine where they are in the admissions process and determine appropriate follow-up required from the Admissions Team
- Maintains call/chat log, as needed, by entering required intake information for new calls and prospective leads
- Assesses nature and level of clinical urgency of calls, in order to prioritize and request appropriate level of follow-up
- Is available days, evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis to assist during periods of peak call volume
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have all boosters (if eligible)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Degree from Accredited University preferred
- Knowledge of mental health services preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office and Telephone Systems
- Customer Service Skills - Exceptional
- Knowledge of program information and admissions processes
