Description
Recruits volunteer blood donors to mobile blood drives.
- Recruits blood donors while at assigned mobile blood drives. Distributes educational and recruitment materials to potential blood donors.
- Assist with various blood drive marketing and promotional activities.
- Works with donor group representative and mobile crew chief to coordinate recruitment activities.
- Meets established recruitment goals and standards.
- Provides back up assistance for donor registration.
- Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Other duties as required to fulfill the organizations mission and vision.
Qualifications
Education: High school or equivalent experience
Licensure/Certification: None
Experience: 2 years sales other equivalent experience
Medium Work - Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time with occasional sitting. Occasionally exerting between 20-60 lbs. of force to lift or move objects.
