POSITION TITLE: DENTIST
FLSA: EXEMPT
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Current Florida license (or license from any state of USPHS assignee).
- Able to work in harmony with other dental staff.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- BLS required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Provide quality, comprehensive dental care.
- Oral examinations.
- Diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Prevention and treatment of oral disease and its consequences through preventive dentistry, oral medicine, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, endodontic therapy, periodontal therapy, removable and fixed prosthodontics.
- Supervision and monitoring of dental staff at facility.
- Annual employee evaluations, weekly time schedules, and vacation schedules as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide, oversee, and supervise dental personnel as assigned
