Concierge (Assisted Living):

Sundale Senior Living offers assisted living to seniors. Our goal is to bridge the gap between independent living and standalone assisted living solutions for seniors.

As a Concierge, you will play a large role in creating a first impression of the community via phone, or in person for residents, visitors, and prospective residents.

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents and visitors
• Be open-minded, willing to listen to and share new ideas
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Perform screening duties at entry as required
• Interact and Build Relationships with residents, family members, and associates
• Answer phone for all incoming calls and distribute messages
• Clean the lobby areas as needed including, but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Respond to questions and requests from families, visitors, and residents promptly

Pay Rate and Benefits:

• Hourly rate starts at $12 an hour depending on experience. We pay weekly.
