About the RoleAs an Operations Associate at sunday, you’ll play a key role in supporting our US Operations team to deliver a best-in-class experience for restaurateurs. Once a restaurant decides to partner with us, you'll step in to help bring everything to life, working behind the scenes alongside our Sales and Operations teams to complete critical onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth, timely launch.

You’ll report to the Senior Operations Manager and collaborate daily with teammates in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, London, Paris, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Support key onboarding steps such as account configuration, QR code design and ordering, and menu setup
- Coordinate with Account Executives, Operations Managers, and our internal design team to keep things running smoothly
- Partner with our external QR code vendor to manage the design and production process for our core Digital Bill product
- Assist with special projects, ad hoc audits, and general data hygiene to ensure clean, accurate records across systems
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our processes and help reduce the time from signed deal to restaurant launch
- Based in New York, New York
- Have 0–2 years of experience in support, customer success, or operations—ideally at a startup, in the hospitality/food industry, or in professional services
- 1 years restaurant experience (Back of House, Front of House, or Management)
- Highly organized: you’re comfortable navigating spreadsheets, trackers, and CRM systems
- A structured thinker with project management skills: reliable, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator across teams
- You bring an owner mentality and a desire to grow with the team
- You're energized by the idea of scaling a startup and are always ready to roll up your sleeves and build something great
- Salary: $60,000-$70,000
