Guardian Mortgage, a division of Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for a Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant II or LO Assistant to join our team at our Spokane, WA or Coeur D'Alene, ID office location. This position plays a vital role as a liaison between the Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) and the personnel who process the loans. In addition to completing essential loan process tasks like organizing loan files, communication with other colleagues, and maintaining compliance, the Production Partner empowers the MLO to focus on generating loans by assisting with assorted tasks related to marketing, business development, and essential client communication responsibilities. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and can be flexible in an ever-changing work environment, this is the job for you!
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred or equivalent, relevant work experience.
Minimum of two years prior mortgage experience; Mortgage LOA, Junior LO, Production Partner experience, preferred.
Must possess knowledge of federal lending regulations governing residential real estate.
Must be able to meet changing deadlines.
Prior experience with Salesforce and Encompass Origination Systems, preferred.
Knowledge relating to mortgage banking compliance, FHA, VA, Conventional and FNMA guide, preferred.
