Role Description
This full-time, on-site Store Manager role is based in Honolulu, HI. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring a store team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and ensure operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing daily store operations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, driving brand performance, and ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will act as a role model and mentor, supporting team development and ensuring the store operates at peak efficiency.
