Our Call Center is hiring!
Starting pay for this position is $21-$23/hr based on experience. Business hours are Monday-Wednesday 8-5pm, Thursday & Friday 8-6pm, Saturday 9-1pm. Saturday’s will be on a rotating basis based on department needs.
Eligible for hybrid schedule after training period, typically 3-4 months, up to 2 days work from home, upon management approval.
As a Member Solution Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing service to members by relaying information through call center channels, responding with accurate information, researching, and solving members' questions, problems, and complaints, and cross-selling credit union services to qualified members. You'll also open, service, and close all types of personal and business accounts, ensuring accuracy.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent plus customer service experience with demonstrated sales ability. Strong computer proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, along with effective and professional communication skills. Upon hire, staff will need to obtain NMLS certification.
