Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch dental services to patients with the support of your team
• Participate in activities that promote a positive image of our company and contribute to our mission
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan your day, share appreciation, and highlight great examples of customer focus and teamwork
• Develop strong relationships with patients, especially children, who make up a significant portion of our patient base

About Our Practice:

• We utilize DentaPro software and state-of-the-art equipment, including digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and yearly training on OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
• Our practice boasts a favorable ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider, ensuring efficient office flow and exceptional patient care
• Our patient base consists mainly of children and adults, with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
• Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

Salary : $140,000 - $190,000
